How long will delivery take?

Items will be delivered to the designated location every Tuesdays (excluding Public Holidays), from 9am to 2pm. The order, however, takes 3 working days to process.

Therefore, if you were to order the items on Friday, Monday or Tuesday itself, your items will only be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Do you have a minimum spend?

The minimum spend on our website is $150. We are unable to process any orders below $150. If you do wish to purchase our items but you are unable to reach a minimum spend of $150, please drop us a message.

What are your delivery charges like?

Our delivery charge is currently at a flat fee of $12. However, you can enjoy free delivery if you spend above $200.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt will be emailed to you in the email address you provided. If you have provided us the wrong email address or lost your receipt, please email us.

Do you have GST?

No, we do not have GST for our items.

A product that I want to purchase isn't on this website or your catalogue. What do I do?

Drop us a message if you are looking for specific item on our catalogue. We may be able to fulfil the request specially for you!


How is the recipient reimbursed?

You can request for a return or refund by sending a return & refund form. Once the form is sent, one of our staff will be in touch with you to process your request.

How will I be reimbursed?

If your payment is made via credit/debit card, your refund can only be made 3-5 working days after your refund request has been approved. You will be refunded back to the bank account tied to your credit/debit card.

For clients and members, we will omit your order billing from your total end of month Nimbus invoice.

How do I return an item?

For clients and members, we will collect back your returns at no cost! For non-members, you will need to arrange a courier to send the items back to our HQ.

What are the type of payment methods available?

You can purchase your items using your credit/debit card during checkout.

For existing clients and members, your order will be billed together with your monthly Nimbus invoice at the end of the month.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on this site?

Nimbus Exclusive Online Store is powered by Shopify Payments - Stripe. Nimbus does not hold or have access to any credit/debit card details. For more information about Shopify Payments, please read the terms of service.
