Description
Peppermint, a perennial herb is widely used in candy, food and drinks, and it is regarded as one of the most important essential oils in aromatherapy. Its strong minty aroma is very evident, even upon gently brushing the plant, and its fragrance has a sweet note, along with a hint of pepper, as its name implies.
Aroma: Fresh, strong mint.
Attributes: Revitalizing, invigorating, cooling.
Suggested use
Energizing Blend: 1 drop peppermint oil and rosemary oil along with 2 drops of cinnamon oil to a diffuser and enjoy.
For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use.
